Hello! Welcome to my page! I am Pam Correll and I teach Middle and High School Family and Consumer Science in rooms 206 and 210 ~ the foods and sewing rooms.

We offer Cooking, Baking, Cake Decorating, Nutrition, Vegetarian Foods, Sewing, and Quilting.

My professional career includes teaching at Bradford Central Christian High School, providing nutrition information for WIC, teaching Head Start, and teaching here at Ridgway Middle/High School.  I have been here for 17 years.

When I'm not at school, you'll find me busy doing something.  I love to be busy and make the most of my time. I spend a lot of time in the garden during warm weather.  I have a small vegetable garden and lots of annual and perennial plants.  I read a lot, mostly mystery/thriller type novels.  And...of course you will frequently find me in my sewing room or kitchen!  I also enter cooking contests quite a bit, and have been lucky enough to win a few!

Check out the various foods classes we offer! All high school foods and sewing classes are offered for one semester. Food related classes can only be taken once in grades 9 - 12. Sewing can be taken each year as different projects are completed.

All middle school students in grades 6-8 are scheduled to take Family and Consumer Science, concentrating on food and nutrition.
